Refund Policy

Quite often our services will not be subjected to refund. That is, we usually provide services and payment is tendered after-the-fact. Therefore, once payment has been made it is assumed that the client was satisfied with the service provided and no refund will be issued. But in case, if our customer demands it for a valid reason, Abacus & Company would issue a partial or full refund on a case by case basis. It is at Abacus & Company’s sole discretion to decide what constitutes a valid reason. Full or partial refunds will be issued as either a credit to the client’s account or in the same tender as original payment and to the original issuer.”
